Maintenance Tips
While utilizing a hearing aid, earwax (cerumen) generated by the ears may gather in both the ear canal and the hearing aid's sound aperture. The effectiveness of the hearing aid can be compromised by a significant buildup of earwax. Therefore, it is advisable to regularly clean your ear canal and maintain the hearing aid for optimal performance.

01
Ear Dome Cleaning
Remove the ear dome from the hearing aid.
Use a cleaning cloth to remove earwax or rinse the ear dome with clean water. Ensure thorough drying of the ear dome, making certain no water droplets remain.
02
Hearing Aid Cleaning
Use the small brush to clean the earwax of the sound hole of the hearing aid.

(☆ Remember: Do NOT use any liquid to clean the hearing aid)

03
Clean on a Soft Surface
Please clean your hearing aid with a dry soft cloth.

While wiping or cleaning the hearing aid, ensure to do so on a soft surface, such as placing a soft towel on the desktop. This precaution is necessary to prevent potential damage resulting from the accidental falling of the hearing aid.
