Typically, most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. If your order hasn't arrived after 5 business days from shipment, please inform us promptly.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our company provides a 60-day trial period, commencing from the date of item shipment. We are extremely confident in the quality of our products, and thus offer full refunds if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason. We stand behind our products completely.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@earbium.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN), ensuring to provide your order number during this process. Once you have acquired the RAN, kindly ship the product back to the designated address.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.
When returning orders, please include all original packaging, including the box, manual, and all accompanying accessories. We advise obtaining a tracking number for your shipment for personal record-keeping.

It's important to note that our returns policy does not apply in cases where the device has been modified or damaged, if the serial number has been tampered with, or if repairs have been conducted without the explicit consent and knowledge of earbium.com.
In such instances, any returned hearing device(s) will not be eligible for a refund based on the discounted amount applied to the original purchase, and all promotional gift(s) must be returned within the 60-day trial period for a valid refund.
Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you within 3 business days to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
